Banana & Ginger smoothie



There's something about smoothies that make them almost irresistible as a meal, a drink, or a snack. Below is a quick overview on how to make my delicious Banana & Ginger smoothie. Here's to #healthyliving:

INGREDIENTS for my Banana & Ginger smoothie:

* 1 x large organic banana's
* 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt
* 1 x tablespoon of raw honey
* 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
* 2 x scoops (5.05g) of Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength

Blueberry, Green Tea & Banana Smoothie



There is nothing quite like a healthy smoothie on a Sunday afternoon! Try out this mid afternoon snack:

INGREDIENTS:
* 100ml of water
* 1 green tea bag
* 2 tsp raw honey
* 1.5 cups of frozen blueberries
* 0.5 banana
* 1.5 cups of calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk
* 1 measuring cap of Herbalife Formula 1 (Vanilla Flavour)



HOW TO MAKE IT:
* Boiling kettle and pour 100ml of hot water into a mug 
* Add the green tea bag and allow to brew for 3 minutes. 
* Remove tea bag and stir in honey until it is fully dissolved
* In a blender, add the blueberries, banana and soy milk
* Add the tea to the blender along with the Herbalife Formula 1
* Pour into a tall glass and serve
