30's Leg Workout


When you’re serious about training and wanting to be fit and active. If you only focus on your upper body, you will also missing out on the enormous fitness benefits inherent in training your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calf muscles, including increasing your overall lean muscle mass, which, in turn, improves your calorie and fat burning capabilities. Nobody loves “legs days” in the gym.
My “30′s Leg Workout” is a killer, but it works!
I’d also recommend a Scheckter’s Organic Energy drink either before or half way through to give you the extra energy you need to get through the last set…. you’ll need it!
